Fort Myers, FL, September 24, 2004 –TKW Consulting Engineers, Inc. recently expanded the environmental science department at its headquarters in Fort Myers. Andrew Kelly, a biologist who previously worked in environmental positions with the South Florida Water Management District, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Environmental Protection Agency, has joined the firm as an Environmental Scientist. His extensive background in all aspects of land development permitting and his expertise in the permitting and obtaining of sovereign submerged land leases provide expanded capability to insure continued regulatory guidance and compliance for TKW clientele.
