BCC RETAINS TKW FOR UTILITIES CONSULTING AT AVE MARIA

Fort Myers, FL, April 13, 2004 – Barron Collier Company (BCC) recently retained TKW Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide consulting services for water and wastewater utilities for the Ave Maria community. The new development will be less than 30 miles from Naples and will include the first, new major Catholic university in the U.S. in 40 years.

The utility plans cover a water treatment plant with a capacity of five million gallons per day (MGD), and a 4.5 MGD wastewater treatment facility. The construction cost for the project is approximately $13 million. TKW CEO Trudi Williams commented, “We at TKW are excited to provide expertise on key services for the community at Ave Maria. This high profile project is part of our expansion into Collier County.”
