FGCU EXPANDS WITH TKW. TKW TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS

| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Fort Myers , FL , March 10, 2004 – Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) recently selected TKW Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering and project management services for the building of its new South Housing Complex that includes the new south entrance and campus roads. “We are excited to have TKW as a partner, as we develop our land and resources for the future of Southwest Florida,” said FGCU Vice President, Dr. Joe Shepard. The 4,000+ student housing development will be in the south area of the campus and address the accommodation needs arising from increased enrollment at the university. “We at TKW support the university’s vision for the region and look forward to participating in building the infrastructure to meet those goals,” commented TKW’s Chief Executive Officer, Trudi Williams. TKW will manage the project on site and develop the required permitting applications. The firm will prepare documents for the master construction permit and develop construction documents for the two roads leading to the project from the campus and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
