TKW manages all facets of land development design, from remodeling and expansion projects to complete undeveloped site master planning, DRIs, and rezoning. Staff expertise encompasses all project stages, beginning with feasibility studies, design and permitting phases, and continuing through completion of construction. TKW's survey department offers a full range of services, including boundary, utility locates, and construction staking. Surveyors have GPS capabilities and are equipped with state-of-the-art electronic equipment and software.
